Pride Sushi and Thai has quickly emerged as a beloved gem in Chicago’s culinary scene. Nestled at 2706 W Peterson Ave, this restaurant captivates guests with its inviting atmosphere and warm, attentive service. Diners rave about the quality and flavor of the offerings, from the vibrant, fresh sushi to the expertly crafted Thai dishes. Anita Novillo's enthusiastic praise captures the essence of Pride: "the taste was IMMACULATE." Signature rolls like the caterpillar and pride are standout choices, showcasing artistic presentation and fresh ingredients. Guests also appreciate the byob option, making it a perfect spot for casual dining or gatherings. The diverse menu caters to various preferences, highlighted by MFA's love for the salmon and tuna sushi. The Pad See-Ewe has earned its place as a crowd favorite, celebrated for its rich, savory sauce and perfectly cooked noodles, as noted by regulars like Erika Simpson. Even those with dietary restrictions, like Tiffany Nguyen, find satisfaction in flavorful alternatives such as the ebi roll and pad thai. With consistent quality, quick service, and a clean, relaxed atmosphere, Pride Sushi and Thai is not just a place to eat but an experience worth repeating. It’s no wonder many consider it their go-to neighborhood haunt.

My first time at this neighborhood restaurant with byob and sushi! Thai dishes were also quite delicious as well. Waiter was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be making this spot one of my new favorites

Pride Sushi and Thai is one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants! Their menu offers a variety of different food options that are consistently fresh and delicious. I especially love the different salmon and tuna sushi dishes. The employees provide excellent service. The restaurant is very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. I've been coming here for several years and highly recommended it!

I was in the area and decided to try this place for a solo lunch before my hour long drive back home — really glad I did bc this place was so good! I ordered an ebi roll since I’m pregnant and can’t have any raw sushi, and a pad thai. Everything was full of flavor and the presentation was so pretty! If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely visit again.

Absolutely love this place. The services is always incredibly quick and kind. It’s my go to staple in the neighborhood. Pad See-Ewe is my favorite dish, the savory brown sauce, thick noodles, and fresh broccoli is always spot on. I usually get mine with tofu. The Pad thai is great as well as crab Rangoon, Thai curry fried ride, and I never pass up a seaweed salad! My husband and I usually will get a roll of sushi and he gets the sesame or teriyaki chicken.

Decided to stop by here for dinner. Tried their curry and sushi which were pretty good. The curry was advertised to be spicy but I didn’t taste any difference from a regular. Could just be a difference in how they spices it that day. The sushi was also really good albeit a little bit on the bigger side - it was similar in size to kimbap than sushi. Overall a nice experience and the waiter was quite attentive.

Not my first time coming here and they always have great food and service. Place is always empty and nicely decorated. Their food items are great, but their sushi is a bit small and the unagi sauce is a bit too salty. Would recommend the furious Udon and the spicy crispy chicken, so good!

This is one of the best sushi I had in the chicago region. I didn't like their miso soup but I ordered the chefs special sushi gold platter and it's just delightful!
